With 50 years of experience in architectural design, real estate development, and tourism, Richard Elias is a visionary in the field. In 1975, he co-founded EliasElias Architects, a renowned architecture firm in Mexico recognized for its high-quality standards. Richard has established several companies dedicated to the development of diverse real estate projects, ranging from low, mid, and high-end residential properties to hotels and resort vacation homes.

In 1986, he founded and managed Quinta Real Hotels, pioneering the development and operation of Mexico's first luxury boutique hotel chain. Throughout his career, Richard has designed and developed a broad array of real estate projects, including all five Grand Velas Hotels, which are acclaimed five-star resorts located in Riviera Maya, Nuevo Vallarta, and Los Cabos, Mexico.
